Purpose

This policy explains how Visit Tickets collects, moderates and displays the reviews shown on its attraction pages. It complements the privacy policy and the terms of use.

How to submit a review

You can share a review from the “Share your review” page available from the attraction pages. The form collects your name, location, star rating and review text, together with the consent requested before any processing.

Moderation before publication

Every submitted review is read by the Visit Tickets editorial team before publication. The team checks consistency, spelling and tone so that the “What visitors say” section stays readable and useful. A review may be declined, completed or lightly reworded before it is published.

Review status

A review may be marked as “declared visit” when it was submitted by a visitor through the site form, or as “verified visit” when Visit Tickets could link it to a documented booking with a ticketing partner. These statuses are shown next to each review when available.

Ratings and dates

The rating (1 to 5 stars) and the displayed date are the ones provided or kept during moderation. The page average is calculated from the reviews published on that page only; it does not mix in ratings from external ticketing partners.

What a review is not

Reviews published on Visit Tickets are visitor reviews for this website. They are not official reviews of the attraction, they are not tickets, and they do not change a partner’s booking conditions.

Your data

The personal data contained in a review (name, location) is processed in line with the privacy policy. You can ask for your review to be changed or removed at any time by writing to [email protected].
