Arc de Triomphe: Exhibitions, Novel Workshops, and Cultural Program Unveiled at the Top of the Champs-Élysées

Between the temporary installation by Jérémy Pradier-Jeauneau, new artistic workshops, and visit conditions at €16, the Place de l'Étoile monument details its cultural events for autumn 2026.
Contemporary Creation and the Final Days of La Tempête
At the top of the Champs-Élysées, on Place de l'Étoile, the Arc de Triomphe continues to welcome visitors with a vibrant and diverse artistic offering. Among the highlights of the season is the temporary exhibition titled "La Tempête", a work created by Jérémy Pradier-Jeauneau. Conceived in the form of an installation and performance, this cultural initiative takes place from September 10 to October 4, 2026 in the heart of the monument, providing an original contemporary perspective within this national symbol.
This installation, which is nearing its conclusion on Sunday, October 4, 2026, sits at the heart of the 2026 cultural program developed by the monument. It offers an opportunity to rediscover the interior volumes and spaces of the edifice through the lens of performance and contemporary visual research.
Creative Workshops and Storytelling Tours for Families
The institution is also highlighting a series of practical and educational activities tailored for various audiences. On Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 10:00 to 12:00, the workshop-tour "Pop-up! View over the City" invites participants to explore urban architecture and the perspectives offered from the summit. This programming continues on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:30, with a family tour titled "Once Upon a Time", designed as a storytelling and dramatized journey.
Later in the season, another hands-on highlight is announced with the workshop-tour "Origami Decorations", scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 10:00 to 12:00. These spotlighted events complement the site's historical essentials, such as honoring the memory of the Unknown Soldier and admiring the famous sculpted groups adorning the facades.
